How information is used
Information is used to route and respond to a sale-options review request, prepare internal intake records, maintain compliance evidence, and improve non-PII site performance. We do not use public form data to make automated lender, legal, tax, credit, or foreclosure decisions.
SMS privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and text-message consent are used only to provide requested reminders or response communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sensitive information
Do not submit loan numbers, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, exact payoff balances, full hardship narratives, or document images through the public form. Secure document upload remains disabled until a separate approved upload process is active.
Contact
For privacy requests, use the contact email and phone shown in the site footer. Before production launch, the operator must replace placeholders with approved business contact details.
